Shipping

I post beads worldwide. Postage and packing is free. They will be carefully wrapped and will arrive in either a pretty gift bag or gift box.

Returns Policy

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so we can try and resolve the problem. If a resolution is not possible, I offer a 14 day refund policy.
